Learning to Shoot: Places

Your first 10,000 photographs are your worst.” - Henri Cartier-Bresson

Raising kids reminded me that learning to walk involves a bunch of falling down, crying, and occasional tantrums. Now, I’m finding myself going through the same ordeals in learning what my camera can do and the surest way to make it through this bumpy time is to share whatever comes out of the camera — good, bad, or ugly. This is a work in progress, so expect this gallery to have a higher ratio of face-plants to great shots, but with more blurry focus and less skinned knees.
